When the demand for her pastries grew too much for her small home kitchen to handle, Kim started looking for property in the neighborhood she knew best: North Waco. She’d lived and served missionally in the community for years and, after finding a dilapdated gas station on 15th Street, she knew she’d found a home for Baked Bliss, where she shares a little slice of heaven with every customer.
