The Chef's Corner: April
In the April edition of “The Chef’s Corner” on Downtown Depot, Chef Corey McEntyre of Milo previews the restaurant’s Spring menu which features seasonal produce like broccoli, cabbage, and asparagus. He also shares a recipe for bagna cauda, an Italian salsa made with anchovies and red wine that he’s incorporating into the Spring menu, and talks about how and why Milo got involved with the Wild Torch gala on April 23.
